The Suit in Chancery between the Minister & Church Wardens of Saint Pauls Parish Compy. & William Fitzhugh Gent. deft. is dismist & the Comp. ordered to pay costs. =In the Suit in Chancery between Richard Bernard Admin. & Thomas Sharp decd. Compy. & Nathaniel Gray deft. the Pet. having put in his Replication this suit is set for Trial at the next Court. =In the Action of debt between Hugh Mitchell Assignee of Bayn Smallwood Pet. & William Davis deft. the Pet. on his Motion hath leave to amend his declaration & the deft. hath a special Importance granted him till the next Court. =William Black being summoned as a Juror & failing to appear when called it's ordered that he be fined four hundred pounds of Tobacco. =John Murdock being summoned as a Juror & failing to appear when called, it's ordered that he be fined four hundred pounds of Tobacco. =Ordered that John Peyton pay Anther Duas for four hundred & seventy five pounds of Tobacco for nineteen days attendance as an Evidence for him at suit of Wise =In the Action of debt between Richard Fristore sen.
