To Richard Herbert -- fifteen hundred acres in Prince George County on the upper or Northside of Flatt Creek, beginning at the mouth of the Rocky branch, and so running up & taking in both forks, to include the sd quantity.

To Richard Kennon -- Three thousand acres in Prince George County beginning at a small branch at the upper horse pen thence to the head of the sd branch, thence directly to the upper side of Flatt Creek.
