This mutually agreed between John Mays and same. Blackburn that said Blackburn will appear as his atty in the trial of an issue directed by the chancellor in the superior court of law for [illegible] [illegible] [betwixt?] Joseph Mayn and John Mayn depending in the Lewistring chanlery Court- that for his [illegible] he shall receive at all events sixty dollars and in the event of a verdict amounting to eight hundred dollars the fee of one hundred dollars and of his attendance shall be necessary more than once shall know his expenses born by his said Mays Signed S.
