Be it remembered that Michael Cullen a native of Ireland and subject of the Queen of the Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland this day personally appeared before me, Philip Mayo Clerk of the said court and declared that it is his intention to become a citizen of the Unites States and to renounce all allegiance to any prince, potentate, or State of Sovereignty whatever; particularly to Victoria Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, whereof, he is now a subject.
