Accomack County to wit:  This day came Thomas Stringer & made oath before me a Justice of the peace for the County of Accomack aforesaid that he delivered to John Kellam on the 18th day of May one thousand Seven Hundred & Ninty a copy of the above Notice in writing, and informed him of the purport thereof  Given under my hand this 18th day of May 1790.
