This Defendant prays that the prayer of the Complainants bill may not be granted &c   Wythe County to wit, This day Frederick Idle made oath before me a Justice of the peace for the said County, that what is contained in the foregoing answer as far as stated to be within his own knowledge is true, and what is derived from the information of others he believes to be true.
