Hagar vs Idle & Crockett on the motion to dissolve the injunction that came on by consent the trial hearing counsel in opposition thereto doth reject the motion and is ordered that a new trial of the cause determined at the last March Term in the county court of Grayson between said Hagar plt & [illegible] defendant be had at the [bar?] of the Superior Court for Wahington County & that the papers filed in the said county court of Grayson be removed to that Court and at the Trial thereof the deposition of Charles [Binns?] & John Littlejohn taken at the insistence of the said Frederick Idle & filed [illegible] the papers be read in Evidence. And it is further ordered that the defendant Robert Crockett redeliver to Philip Gaines possession of the said Hagar & her children on his entering into and with sufficient leavity in the Clerks office of this court in the penalty of $1500 conditioned to have the said Hagar & her children forth coming to answer & to pay [illegible] [illegible] as may be thought reasonable the final decree of this court, and the verdict rendered in the case but is to be [illegible] to this court.
