To the Clerk of Grayson The Record required cannot be furnished to day by reason of the papers not being at the office. On Monday an Examining Court is to be held and being compeled to attend I left the Books and papers at the Courthouse untill that time as I apprehended some danger of getting them wet crossing the river and by that time it would be down Monday they may be had.
