You are hereby commanded to summon Philip Gaines & John Kelley, to appear before the judge of the Chancery district court, holden at Staunton on the 17th day of the next term to answer a bill in chancery exhibited against them by Frederick Idle, And this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of 100 £ each. And have then there this writ, witness Henry James Peyton, clerk of our said county at the courthouse the 30th day of June 1808, And in the 32nd year of the Commonwealth. Henry J.
