The Commonwealth of Virginia to the Sheriff of Grayson County Greeting. You are hereby commanded to summon Philip Gaines & John Kelley, to appear before the judge of the Chancery district court, holden at Staunton on the 17th day of the next term to answer a bill in chancery exhibited against them by Frederick Idle, And this they shall in no wise omit under the penalty of 100 £ each.
