In the Name of God Amen. I Aaron Johnson of Anne Arundel County and State of Maryland Planter being weak and sick of body but of perfect mind memory thanks be to God for the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First, I recommend my soul to all mighty God In hopes to be saved thro the merritts of our Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be decently buried. And as to what Estate and Effects I am at present possessed of I give and bestow as follows that is to Say Item I constitute ordain and appoint my loving Wife Ann Johnson to be my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Likewise I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Ann Johnson one negro Woman named Dinah and her increase to her and her Heirs. Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann Johnson one negro Girl named Sal and increase to her heirs Item I give unto my Daughter Allies Johnson one negro Boy named Henry to her and her Heirs Item I give and bequeath unto my son Hosea Johnson the plantation and Land whereon I now dwell called and known by the name of the Content to him and his Heirs but my Will and desire is that my loving wife Shall hold the third part of the Said Land in quite possession during her natural life and likewise I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife Ann Johnson all the residue of my Estate Both rail and personal whatsoever and whereover and at the decrease of my loving Wife my desire is the remainder part of my Estate except the [Leageioses?] all ready mentioned Shall be equally divided between my three children declaring this to be my last Will and Testament and none other.
