It is Ordered that a subpoena duces tecum Issue commanding Frederick Idle to appear here on the fourth Tuesday in May next and bring with him an Affidavit made by him in conformity with the act of Assembly passed 17th December 1792 Entitled an Act to reduce into one the several Acts concerning Free negroes and mulattoes

It is Ordered that a subpoena duces tecum Issue commanding Frederick Idle to appear here on the fourth Tuesday in May next and bring with him an Affidavit made by him in conformity with the act of Assembly passed 17th December 1792 Entitled an Act to reduce into one the several Acts concerning Free negroes and mulattoes Sheriffs Return "Executed Jas Ward DS for R Admans Shff At a Court held for the County of Grayson on the 25th day of May 1808. Frederick Idle who was [illegible] to attend this Court as a Witness on behalf of Philip Gaines at the suit of Hagar a Slave failed to attend. It is therefore ordered that he be fined $16 unless he shew cause to the contrary at next Court. At a Court held for the County of Grayson on the 28th day of June 1808. Frederick Idle who was fined at last Court for failing to Attend as a Witness on behalf of Philip Gaines at the suit of Hagar a Slave unless he shewed different cause to the contrary at this Court, failed to shew cause the fine is confessed with cost 112 cents.
