To Wit:  The said Fredwick Idle the sum of $500 the said John Talbot the sum of $71.42 cents the said Aburr Jones the sum of $71.42 cents and the said Martin Dickinson the sum of 71.42 cents the sadi Robert Nickolls the sum of $71.42 cents, the said John Kelly the sum of $71.42 cents, the said William Buyant the sum of $71.42 cents and the said Joseph Jackson the sum of $71.42 cents to be respectively levied and made of them several goods and Chattels Land and tenements to the use of the Commonwealth aforesaid of the said Fredwick Idle shall fail in the performing the conditions under written The conditions of this recognizance is such that of the above bound Fredwick Idle shall personally appear at the next Court to be holden in and for the County of Grayson aforesaid to do and receive what shall then and there be enjoined him by the said Court and in the mean time shall keep the peace towards the Commonwealth and all its citizens and especially towards Philip Games of the said County of Grayson's Yeoman then the said recognizance to be void or else to remain in full force.
