Be it remembered, that now here, at the above term, come into Baltimore County Court here, as well the said William Alexander and Louisa, his wife, foe themselves, and for Cog Habon and Eliza, minors & children of the said William and Louisa, by Upton S. Heath, Esquire.their attorney, as the said James M. Selden. by John Glenn, Esquire, his attorney- And thereupon by consent of the said parties, by their attorneys aforesaid and action is docketed wherein the said William Alexander, and Louisa his wife for themselves, and for Cog Habon and Eliza, minors and children of the said William and Louisa, are Plaintiffs, and the said James M. Selden is defendant-And thereupon the said Plaintiffs, by their attorney aforesaid exhibit to the Court here, their petition inform following towit.
