You will please to take notice that on the third day of June 1845 at the house of Gustavus Austin in the Town of Suffield in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, I will take the depositions of Gustavus Austin, Susan Sheldon and others to be read as evidence in a suit depending in the circuit superior court of Law & Chancery for Rockbridge County in which I am Plaintiff and you are defendant, & if for any cause the said depositions should not be taken on the day aforesaid the taking them sill be continued from day to day untill all of them shall be taken
