This Respondant for saving all benefit of exceptions as fully & others for answer says he admits the deed & will of Jordon Anderson the elder refered to in the bill & for the provisions thereof he refers to the said deed & will. he also admits that Jordon Anderson the elder & his wife died in 1805 his wife surviving him for a short time, he also admits the plffs are descendants of a woman named Rachael & from what he has understood in the family he believes though he does not personally know that she was the same Rachael mentioned in the said deed & will, and he believes it to be true that said woman Rachael was in possession of Jordon Anderson the younger for several years prior to the deed of 1791 and that she ac-
