That since the death of your petrs husband William Edings Denis Lensey and one Southall have Entred with the Surveyor for Several tracts of land in Spotsylvania County who hath surveyed the same according to ye said Several Entries and that ye sd tracts are within the bounds of a Survey made by her said husband some short time before his death Wherefore she humbly prays that no patent may be granted upon the sd Surveys until yor petr be heard before your Honrs
