The depr, on oath, saith that he has returned to [illegible] from thesd warehouse for the sd inspectors, in they are at the upper inspection, ever since the beginning of the year 1771, that the houses have constantly been well returned with good locks and otherwise, and that, notwithstanding, they were broke open in the sd year of 1771 and 1772, and he is fully satisfied that both the hogheads tobo mentioned in the petition of sd Miller and Rennolds were stolen.
