NARUNA, VA. Feb. 16, 1912.
Mrs. M. C. B. Mumford, Richmond, Va.
Dear Mrs. Mumford, - Yours of the 13 received, and in reply will say that I am today writing to some of our influential men among the constituents of the "unfavorable ones" -asking that they take the matter up, and bring all the pressure to bear on them they possibly can. A few personal letters from home would doubtless have a very salutary effect. You may rest assured that I shall do all I can to assist you in securing the passage of the bill. If at anytime I can be of further assistance please command me.
Respectfully, D. M. Blankinship
