Dear Mrs. Carrington:- In reply to your letter requesting my views on the establishment of the Co-ordinate State College for Women at Charlottesville affiliated with the University of Virginia, I have not examined the matter closely enough at the present time to be able to state to you definitely my views thereon. I am frank to say, however, at first blush, that I am inclined to hold the same opinion that M. B. F. Buchanan had while in the Senate. Very truly yours, [J P Buchanan?]
