Pursuant to [a] decree of the Worshipful Court of Middlesex County bearing date November Court 1825 and hereto annexed
We the undersigned being three of the Commissioners therein named. Have divided the land of James Ross decd called Cedar Park and allotted to Daphney West forty acres of land on that part of Cedar Park estate called Dudleys. To William Woodford 112 1/2 acres of land below the hill at 12$ per acre and Fifty seven & 1/2 acres of Wood land above the hill at 2$ per acre. To David Woodford One hundred and nine and one fourth of land below the hill at 10$ and fifty cents per acre; and fifty six acres of Wood land above the hill at 2$ per acre. To Fanny Woodford One hundred and twenty five and one half acres of land at 7$ per acre, and to Corbin West One hundred and sixty nine acres of land above the Hill at 2$ per acre, agreeable to the platt and division annexed And We are of opinion that William Woodford ought to pay Corbin West Three hundred [and] seventy three dollars, and to Fanny Woodford One hundred and seven dollars, and that David Woodford ought to pay Corbin West two hundred and seventy four Dollars for difference in Value of their respective tots of land Given under our hands this 17th day of April 1829.
