The same said Executions haveing been duly levied on one Negroe man named Peter and haveing been advertised agreeably to Law was on the third Monday in August 1827 Exposed to Public Sale for Cash at which Sale Mr. Ricks Fort became the last & highest bidder in the sum of Three hundred & six dollars for said Negroe Peter which purchase money has been paid. Given under my hand this 2 day of August 1827.
