We William Collier & John Smither are held and firmly bound unto Jesse Nalle in the penal sum of Twenty dollars to be paid unto the said Jesse Nalle his Heirs or assigns for the true payment whereof we bind Ourselves our Heirs, Executors, or Adm. jointly and firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this the Eighth day of June 1825.
The condition of the above Obligation is such
that if the above bound William Collier John Smither or either of them shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above Named Jesse Nalle his Heirs or Assigns the sum of ten dollars for the kin of a Negro Girl by the Name of Gin untill the 24th day of December next ensuing and clothe the said Negro Girl in the Manner following Viz; two shirts two overcoats of good linning for summer and one shirt one over coat of good wooling [?anes] one pair of cuntrey knitt wooling stocking for winter all the above clothing to be good and servisable fit for the use of a [habouring?] slave On or before the first day of January 1826 then the above obligation to be void or else to remain in full force an Virtue
