and the said Richard C. Muse for himself his heirs exors and admors hereby covenants and agrees to deliver qu[i]et & peaceably possession of all the property herein conveyed wherever he shall be called on to do so; until which time he is to take the profits of the same to his own use. And the said Tarshus Q Keiningham trustee covenants faithfully to execute the Trust reposed in him. In witness whereof the parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals, the day & date first herein written

At a Court held for Middlesex County at the Courthouse in Urbanna on the 26th. day of September 1836. This Deed having been acknowledged by Richard C. Muse & certified was ordered to be recorded as to him And is truly recorded
