negroes to become a part of my estate, and divided equally amongst my legal representatives Item 6th. It is my will and desire that out of what money I may have on hand at the time of my death and what may be due to me by bond or otherwise to pay all my just debts and expenses necessary for the execution of this will and all money donations and legacies herein before named, and the balance if any to be equally divided amongst my legal representatives. and in the event of there not being enough of this fund for the purpose last above specified then and in that event my executors are hereby authorized to use for said purposes any money that may come into his hands from the sale of any portion of my estate. Lastly. I hereby constitute and appoint Jas. W. Walker and John C. Walker my executors to this my last will and testament and request that they may be permitted to qualify as such without being required to give security.
