[Codicil?] In my foregoing last will and testament it will be seen that I gave to my wife Frances Tatum for and during her life a certain negro man named William. Circumstances have since so transpired as to make it necessary to sell said negro now it is my will and desire that the nett proceeds of the sale of said negro which is about the sum of five hundred and twenty five dollars shall be put out at interest and the proceeds thereof be paid to my said wife annually and at her death the principle to be distributed amongst any legal representative in accordance with the residuary clause of any foregoing will.
