My dear Mrs Munford.  I have asked Mrs Crump, the Chesterfield Richmond to sent out an appeal to all clerks to write to their delegates.  I have written a pertinent letter to Mr. Birrell the Alex delegate.  This is the 4th I think I have written him exactly.  Mrs. Caldwell & Mrs. Hagan helped me to work on the [illegible], but Mrs. Crump is our State's Chairman of Legislation & I'm sure she will see that all the clerks write again.  I'm [illegible] the bill passed this [illegible].  Very sincerely, H N Cunningly
