J B Keesee G.P.H.C   I deem it proper that I should state to the court that Philip Oliver called on me Oct 1836 to bind the said Peter Anderson to him.  I put the boy to him, and attended court last Nov'r to have an order made to bind him, when Joshua Goode set up a claim to the boy. when the court refused to take up the Subject, as counsel had been engaged both by Oliver & Goode, the boy has been with Oliver twelve months, I therefore hope the court will direct him bound to one or the other, and have an end to the matter.  JB Kusee G.P.H.C
