As the House bill is practically a "coeducational" bill, he could help greatly by inducing the advocates of "coeducation" in the House to waive their preference and pass the Senate bill when it comes to them for consideration. I have asked the Governor to invite you to a Conference to arrange a course of action. I think between you, you ought to be able to get things straightened. If the Governor adopts any suggestion I am sure it will do good; if not it can do no harm.
