4 March 1912. To the Editor of the Times-Dispatch, Richmond. Sir: Kindly return to me the letter relative to Woman Suffrage in Virginia signed by me and sent you for publication on Tuesday February 27th. Kindly let this request for the return of the above mentioned letter mean the withdrawal of the said letter which, as you have not been able to find space for it in your columns, I do not wish published at this late day.
