signed "Advocate" is probably the best. "Peggy Goggles" is so close a second, that we feel justified in sending that also.

"Mary A. Smith" is also so excellent that we send hers, in asmuch as it is implied in your Circular that there may be other than the "first prize" of $50 offered.

"Mr Leroy H Erwan" is sent for competition in the second prize class.
