National Press Bureau Caroline I. Reilly, Chairman 505 Fifth Avenue, New York Telephone 6855 Bryant Headquarters, 505 Fifth Avenue, New York July 13th,1912. Dear Friend:-

Reminders of duty received in hot weather are not specially soothing, but I am sure you will want to bear it in mind that during the early autumn, the report of the suffrage work of your association, which is to be read at the National Convention in Philadelphia, November 21-26, must be prepared.
As is customary, three minutes will be allowed for States which have done general educational work, five minutes if legislative work has been done also, and ten minutes for States that have had campaigns.
The official Board has recently voted to recommend to the Convention that the reports from the various States to be printed in the Minutes of the Convention in tabular form, so that the growth of suffrage all over the country may be evident at a glance.
I am, therefore, enclosing a blank for you to fill out, as completely as possible, and an urgently requesting that it be returned to me, here at Headquarters, before November 10th.
Enclosed you will also find samples of our new picture flyers (price 10 cents per 100, 15 cents post paid, $1 per 1,000).

Faithfully yours, Mary Ware Dennett Corresponding Secretory. MWD/JC.
