Dear Mrs. Tyler: - I received a 'phone message from Mrs. Clark during the past week requesting me to deliver a short address before your organisation, on the subject of "Workingmen's Compensation Act." The Virginia, on Sunday, stated that the subject would be "Labor Legislation". I would regard i as a favor if your organization would state which of these subjects would be more pleasing to them.
