In the name of God Amen, I John Cullins of the county of Powhatan, state of Virginia, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make this my last Will and testament, revoking all other Wills made by me. After my just debts and funeral expenses are defrayed I dispose of my estate in the following manner: In the first place, having heretofore given to my son James Cullins as much of my estate in money as I conceive to be his proportion of my estate, I therefore in justice to my other children Henley Cullins and Polly Cullins, can make no other provision for him, but give him and his heirs one dollar.
