If my daughter Henley should marry it is my desire that my daughter Polly shall have the whole of my estate; and in like manner if my daughter Polly should marry it is my desire that my daughter Henley shall have the whole of my estate: and if both marry it is my desire that my following slaves shall be set free, Nancy, Jane, Ann, Sally, Judith, and America; and my Executors are earnestly requested to carry it into effect by all legal means: And whatever property may remain in the event of both my daughters marrying, I request shall be equally divided between the following slaves named above, Nancy, Jane, Ann, Sally, Judith, and America. I hereby appoint Wm: Walthall of the county of Powhatan my executor to this my last Will & testament; and if from any cause, not known to me, he should refuse to act; I hereby appoint Edward Baptist and Roderick Payne my Executors; and being desirous that my estate shall not fall into the hands of the Sheriff, I earnestly request one or all of the above named gentlemen to act as my Executors: Signed, sealed, and

The foregoing last Will and testament of John Cullins deceased was presented in Court and proved by the oaths of Richard A.
