Headquarters Report, --Page, 7. Organization of Leagues: During December, 1916 and April and May, 1917, Miss Eudora Ramsay of Greenville, S. C. worked in Virginia as an organizar ["a" crossed out] for the National Association under an arrangement whereby the National paid her salary for one month and the State League her expenses; and for two months the State League paid her salary of $100 a month and her expenses which amounted to ["$100 a month" crossed out] about the same per month. While working in Virginia Miss Ramsay established 17 new leagues, reorganized 7 previously established leagues, and opened 6 new suffrage centers.
