The said Sevan Biveans doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the Said Overseer of the poor and his successors in office that he shall and Will Well and truly pay the Said Sums of Money as aforesaid.

Know all men by these presents that We Sevan Biveans (fn) Charles Case are held and firmly bound unto the overseers of the poor for the County of Accomac in the just and fulls um of One hundred and thirty five dollars lawful money of the United States the payment whereof Will and truly to be made to the said Overseers of the poor. We bind ourselves our and each of our heirs Executors and Administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this the 18th day of April 1859.

The condition of the above obligation is such that that whereas the County Court did on the 28th day of March 1859 Make the following order that the overseers of the poor bind Henry T Biveans fn child of Major Biveans (fn) who was thirteen years old on the 10th March instant as an apprentice to Sevan Biveans (fn) until he arrives to the age of twenty one years to be taught farming and the court do order that the said Sevan Biveans pay to his said apprentice upon his arrival to age as aforesaid for his services the Sum of One hundred and thirty five dollars ($135.00)

Now therefore if the above bound Sevean Biveans shall Well and truly Satisfy and pay the Said Sum of money at the time it Shall respectively fall due then the aforegoing obligation to be Void else to remain in full force and Virtue. Teste Who W Blackstone (for both)
