Know all men by these presents that We William J. Beloate and Jno. P. Walker, are held and firmly bound unto the Overseers of the Poor for the County of Accomac in the just and full sum of Two hundred dollars lawful money of the United States the payment whereof well and truly to be made to the said Overseers of the Poor we bind ourselves our heirs exec. and Admr. & jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated the 28th day of Novr. 1859.

The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the County Court of Accomac did in the 31st day of May 1859 make the order as set forth in the annexed indenture.  Now therefore if the the above bound William J. Beloate shall well and truly pay the said sum of money with interest from the time when the same falls due Then the foregoing obligation to be void else to remain in full force and virtue.

Know all men by these presents that We William J. Beloate and Jno. P.
