Madame President: Members of the E. S. L. of Richmond Annual Report. Y.: Public Speaking and Press Work, instructor, Mrs. T. T. Cotnam of Arkansas; Organization and Parliamentary Law, instructor, Miss Anne Doughty of New York City.
