A BILL. Granting women the right to vote for electors for President and Vice-President of the United States; assessing a State capitation tax on certain women residents of Virginia, and prescribing the qualifications of women entitled to vote for such electors, and the manner in which women may register and vote. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia, as follows: Sec. 1. In addition to the male persons who are or may be qualified under the Constitution and laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia to vote for electors for President and Vice-President of the United States.
