This was the statement made last night by Mrs. Raymond Brown, of New York, fourth vice-president of the National American Woman's Suffrage Association, in addressing the members of the Equal Suffrage League of Virginia assembled in their eighth annual convention in the auditorium of the Jefferson Hotel.
