To Jujs in of restrain the defendant James C. Mitchell, the Sheriff of Warren County & all others concerned from further proceedings as to the sum of $1420. with Int there from 1 Jany 1843 & $7.31 costs on an Execution now in the hands of said sheriff in the name of James C. Mitchell agt the goods & chattels of Jno J. Johnston & negroes $2600..with into from 1 Sept 1841 till paid & $7.31 Costs Credited by interest paid to 1 Sept 1842 which execution is and on a Judgment of the Circuit Supr Court of Law & Chancery for Warren County rendered on the 31 Augt. 1844 & to [Nysil] & certain the said deft James C. Mitchell, the sheriff of Clarke County & all those concerned from further proceedings as to the like sum of $1420 with interest [chwird] from 1 Jany 1843 & $7.31 costs on an Execution now in the hand of the shff of Clarke County of the goods & chattels of Joseph Kely for the said sum of $2600. with int thoner from 1 Sept 1841 till paid and costs credited by interest to 1 Sept 1842 which Execution was paid from the Circuit Supr. Court of Law & Chancery for Clarke County. and to restrain the deft John Brownly from paying to the said James C. Mitchell the amount of a Bond held by said Mitchell against him for $200 until the further order of the Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery for Warren County  The plaintiff, having given bond and security and filed a release of errors as the law directs
