We command you, that of the goods and chattels of John J Johnston, and Morgan Johnston late in your bailiwick, you cause to be made the sum of Two Thousand Six hundred Dollars with interest thereon, to be computed after the rate of six per centum per annum, from the first day of September 1841, until payment, which James C Mitchell lately in our Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Warren, has recovered against them for debt

also, the sum of Eight dollars and Sixty one cents, which to the said James C Mitchell in the same Court were adjudged for his costs in that suit expended; whereof the defendants are convicted, as appears to us of record; and that you have the said sums of money at the Clerk's Office of our said County, at rules to be held therein on the first Monday in November next, to render to the said James C Mitchell of the Debt and costs as aforesaid: And have then there this writ.  WITNESS, ROBERT TURNER,
