Labby vs Smith } Decree Sept. 30th 1849 This cause, in which the Spas awarded against the defendants James M. Jackson and the President & Directors of the Farmer's Bank of Virginia appears to have been duly served and more than two months having elapsed since the return day thereof and they not having [entered?] their appearance and answered, came on this day to be heard upon the Bill Answers of the other defendants exhibits and examinations of witnesses and was argued by Counsel. On consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge order and decree that the Injunction awarded the Plff the 13. October 1846 injoining the defs. John H. Smith from removing or in any manner permitting or causing the girl mentioned in the Bill named Grace to be removed out of this Commonwealth be dissolved. That the Bill be dismissed and that the plff pay to the defts. John H. Smith Patrick Jackson and Arch: Vaughan their costs by them about their defense in this behalf expended.
