Smith,shall upon request of the said Aaron Leggett, his heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, proceed, after giving thirty days previous notice, in some newspaper published in the said city of Alexandria of the time, place and terms of sale, to sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, the said negro slaves, above mentioned,
