This Deed from David Stewart and Eleanor his wife to George Washington Parke Custis, was proved by the Oaths of John Gadsby and Thomas Triplett and ordered to be Certified. And at a Circuit Court Continued & held by adjournment for the District & County aforesaid the fourth of April 1803  The same was further proved by the Oath of James Keith to be the act and deed of the said David Stuart & Eleanor Steward and ordered to be recorded  Test G.
