and if in making the sale there should be an overplus the same shall be paid to the said Payne or his order And the aid Payne doth hereby agree for himself his heirs or assigns that in case a Sale is necessary to enter into any other Writing or Writings that may be thought necessary to Complete the title of the Property and Carry into Effect the true intent and meaning of this Indenture.
