This Indenture made and entered unto this 13th day of March 1839 Between Abraham P Wilson of this first part, James Roy Micon Jr of the second part and Atterson Clarke of the third part all of the state of Virginia. Whereas the said Abraham P Wilson is Justly indebted to the said Clarke in the sum of Eight hundred Dollars as appears by a bond bearing date even with these presents, and the said Wilson being willing and desirous to secure the payment of the said sum of money with the legal interest which may accrue thereon. Now therefore this Indenture Witnesseth
