February 18, 1918. The Provost Marshal General, Washington, D.C. Sir: I beg to advise that I have made the following appointments to Medical Advisory Boards in this State: Dr. W. P. McGinnis, Marion, Virginia, for the district composed of the Counties of Smyth and Grayson, vice, Dr. M. E. Copenhaver, dental member of the board, resigned. Dr. Copenhaver finds it impossible to attend the meetings on days convenient to the other members. Dr. C. T. Pierce, Nuttsville, Virginia, for the district composed of the Counties of Westmoreland and Richmond, owing to the illness of Dr. A. E. Fisher, who is unable to serve. Very truly yours, [illegible] Governor of Virginia.
