We, the grand-jury for the said county , upon our oaths present. Bridget, Bib, Isaac, Majer, Peter, Arthur & Franny [Fiddemard?] Negroes emancipated since the 1st day of May 1806, for remaining within this County & this Commonwealth more than twelve months after their right to freedom accrued. The said Bridget, Bib & Issac, being emancipated by William D Cropper, & the said Major, Peter, Arthur & Franny, by Joseph [Fiddermard?] upon the information of John D Field & Oliver Logard [Causr? Counselor?] of the [measure?] called on by the courts.
